Job summary

C2II Centre for Immunology and Infection Hong Kong is seeking a Research Assistant I to join its multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will conduct cell biology and virology experiments, analyze data, and contribute to projects on vaccines and therapeutics.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a solid background in relevant life sciences, and be capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant life sciences field.
• Solid foundation in virology, cell and molecular biology, genomics, and immunology.
• Experience with cell-based assays and basic lab techniques is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments and analyze experimental data.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with ongoing research projects.
• Support general lab operations, procurement, and inventory management as needed.
