Complex Asia seeks a Director/Manager of Live Event Production to oversee technical, production, and show delivery for Asia's live entertainment portfolio. You will drive design, planning, budgeting, and execution across concerts, festivals, and large-scale cultural events, partnering with leadership to set strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of live event, concert, festival, or entertainment production experience.
• Experience producing large-scale concerts, arena shows, music festivals, touring productions, or major live events.
• Experience with international artists, touring productions, and global entertainment brands.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar production budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and execution of concerts, festivals, tours, celebrity events, and large-scale experiences across Asia.
• Deliver safe, seamless, best-in-class audience experiences as the senior production lead.
• Translate concepts into executable production plans while maintaining budget and operations.
• Collaborate with upper leadership to align production delivery with event operations.
