Job summary
Pico International (HK) Ltd is seeking a creative design professional to shape experiences for exhibitions, events, and brand activations. You will transform client stories into immersive spatial journeys and deliver concepts through sketches, floor plans and 3D renders.
In this role you will lead projects from concept through on-site execution, collaborating with managers, suppliers and contractors to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Experience with high-quality 3D visualisations and practical design communication.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; bilingual communication with clients and teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for exhibitions, events, retail environments and activations.
- Translate client objectives into engaging spatial experiences and visitor journeys.
- Produce sketches, mood boards, floor plans and 3D renderings.
- Lead design process from concept to on-site execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, production teams, suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare technical drawings and material specifications.
- Ensure deliverables meet design intent, budget and timeline.
