Job summary

Events Group Asia (EGA) in Hong Kong is seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in full event management, collaborating with local musicians, iconic venues, and a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional live experiences.

You will coordinate from concept to completion, manage a team, and work with vendors while staying within budgets and timelines. Weekend events are common, reflecting our commitment to vibrant Hong Kong culture.

Qualifications

Can-do attitude and passion to deliver concert experiences.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong’s live performance and entertainment scene.
Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
Manage teams of up to 10 staff and coordinate with multiple vendors.
Build and maintain relationships with Hong Kong musicians, venues, and local authorities.
Ensure every event delivers a memorable experience reflecting EGA’s commitment to quality and local culture.
Collaborate with marketing to promote events via ticket platforms and social media.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistics to keep events on track and within scope.
