Events Group Asia (EGA) in Hong Kong is seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in full event management, collaborating with local musicians, iconic venues, and a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional live experiences.

You will coordinate from concept to completion, manage a team, and work with vendors while staying within budgets and timelines. Weekend events are common, reflecting our commitment to vibrant Hong Kong culture.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and passion to deliver concert experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong’s live performance and entertainment scene.
• Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage teams of up to 10 staff and coordinate with multiple vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with Hong Kong musicians, venues, and local authorities.

This role involves full event management, often at weekends.

• Manage teams of up to 10 staff and coordinate with multiple vendors, leveraging EGA’s strong network of local service providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Hong Kong musicians, venues, and local authorities to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Ensure every event delivers a memorable experience for audiences, reflecting EGA’s commitment to quality and local culture.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events via www.egaofficialtickets.com and social media (@eg.asia).
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistics to keep events on track and within scope.
