Job summary

Responsibilities include leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch, refining value propositions, coordinating governance and regulatory approvals, and ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience within the insurance industry, ideally in product development, product marketing, actuarial, or channel development functions.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end insurance product development lifecycle, from market research and concept generation through to implementation and launch.
• Drive the successful rollout of new products by refining customer value propositions, supporting distribution strategies, and enhancing product development processes.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Prepare product documentation and presentation materials required for internal governance and regulatory approval processes.
• Ensure all product development activities comply with regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor market developments, competitor offerings, and customer trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while contributing to team development and capability building.
