Job summary
Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager / Manager to join the Research & Retail Consultancy team in Hong Kong. The hybrid role combines market research and strategic retail advisory, exposing you to a broad range of retail real-estate assignments across Hong Kong and the region.
You will support research, analyses, and client engagements, preparing reports, presentations, and proposals, and coordinating projects with internal teams while developing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis on retail property sectors, consumer trends, tenant demand, and emerging retail concepts.
- Monitor retail market performance, new developments, leasing activity, brand expansions, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain and enhance internal databases, market intelligence platforms, and benchmarking tools.
- Prepare market reports, thought leadership pieces, client presentations, and ad‑hoc research assignments.
- Support the production of periodic market publications and industry insights.
