Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of pattern making and/or product development experience.
• Proficiency in Gerber PDS & Accumark for pattern making and adjustments.
• Travel domestically and offshore to support vendors and manufacturers.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry training.

Aufgaben

• Own development and commercialization from design approval to bulk readiness, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Pattern Team, Sourcing, Costing and Quality to meet standards.
• Communicate model requirements and specs to global vendors for buy-ready products.
• Lead fit reviews and ensure dual source model consistency with pattern team.
