Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Associate, Biddable to join our Media Management & Delivery team. You will support activation and optimization of dynamic campaigns across Google, Meta, and Amazon, working directly with campaign data to deliver performance.

This foundational role offers exposure to end-to-end performance strategies, strong analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising; fresh grads welcome.
• Foundational understanding of key biddable platforms (Google Ads, Meta) and their mechanisms.
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end activation and management of performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon.
• Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop data-driven optimization strategies and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure adherence to client objectives, KPIs, and internal processes.
