Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Clients to join our client team. You will take ownership of media plan development, translate client objectives into strategic plans, and present them confidently to drive campaign performance.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead meetings, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality delivery and clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media planning.
• In-depth knowledge of the full media ecosystem, including digital and offline channels.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and client management skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Media Planning: Lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans, providing clear strategic rationale and aligning recommendations with client business objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships, leading client meetings, and presenting media plans and performance reviews.
• Campaign Optimization & Insights: Drive in-depth campaign analysis, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization to improve performance and achieve client KPIs.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and quality, and fostering their professional development.
