Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Associate, Clients to join our client team. In this foundational role, you will support full media planning and buying cycles, ensure accurate campaign execution, and help develop integrated media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.

You will manage day-to-day campaign activities, work with internal peers and senior staff, and serve as a reliable client contact, coordinating with media vendors to gather proposals and deliver results

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline; marketing, advertising, or communications preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a media planning or digital media role, preferably within a media agency.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and fundamentals of media planning and buying.
• Experience with or ability to learn industry tools like Sizmek, Campaign Manager 360, and admanGo.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to interpret data for insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Media Plan Development & Research: Gather data and market information to develop foundational media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee day-to-day campaign management, setup, trafficking, and timely launches within budget.
• Data Management & Performance Analysis: Monitor live campaigns, compile data, and draft regular performance reports with insights.
• Team Collaboration & External Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, serve as client contact, gather proposals.
