Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Associate, Biddable to join our Media Activation team. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex biddable campaigns, applying advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization frameworks across platforms.

You will be a key day-to-day contact for clients, translating objectives into actionable insights, managing expectations, and mentoring junior team members to ensure quality and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on platform execution and client-facing responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in key biddable platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic) and their algorithms.
• Proven track record of managing complex campaigns and delivering performance improvements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multi-client responsibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to build client trust.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Campaign & Project Management: Oversee hands-on execution of complex biddable campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and high standards.
• Client Relationship Management & Strategic Insights: Serve as daily client contact, present plans, translate data into insights.
• Performance Optimization & Analysis: Analyze data and optimize campaigns using platform learnings.
• Team Coordination & Technical Mentorship: Guide junior team members and review work for quality and alignment.
• Innovation & Platform Expertise: Stay ahead on platform features and best practices, sharing findings.
