Job summary

FABCOM is an award-winning integrated marketing consultancy with offices in HK. We are seeking a Human Resources Officer/ Specialist to support end-to-end HR operations and recruitment, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and staff across every touchpoint.

You will manage onboarding/off-boarding, payroll, benefits, and eMPF contributions while partnering with Admin and IT for a seamless employee experience and accurate reporting. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of well-rounded HR operations experience (hands-on payroll experience is preferred but not required).
• Ambitious and driven to progress into a Regional HR Specialist or HRBP role.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, coordinating with Admin and IT for equipment setup.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and eMPF contributions, providing expert guidance to employees.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, tracking metrics, and generating reports with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the HR team to drive employee engagement initiatives, orientation, trainings, and team-building events.

As a Human Resources Officer or Specialist, you will participate in end-to-end HR operations and recruitment, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employees across every touchpoint. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and eager to play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture and team continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint; partnering closely with the Admin and IT for equipment setup etc.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and eMPF contributions, serving as a subject matter expert and advisor for all employees.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, managing recruitment metrics, and generating reports, while ensuring high accuracy and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to drive employee engagement initiatives, including new hire orientation, inductions, training programs, and team-building events.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of well-rounded HR operations experience (hands-on payroll experience is preferred but not a must).
• Ambitious and driven to progress into a Regional HR Specialist or HRBP role.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential (Speaking + writting).
• People with more experience will be considered as Specialist.
