Job summary

Regal Hotels International Limited is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support junior level hiring, onboarding, and HR administration in Hong Kong. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting payroll/benefits, and preparing onboarding documents.

You will conduct orientations, assist with HR reports, and provide timely HR guidance. Experience in hospitality and HK Employment Ordinance knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in hospitality/ listed company/ large organization preferred.
• Solid experience in talent acquisition is required.
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance.
• Proficient in Excel/MS Word/PowerPoint.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently, detail-minded with good numerical sense.

Responsibilities

• Handle junior level hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration (leave processing, medical insurance).
• Conduct orientation and prepare onboarding documents (employment agreements and company letters).
• Assist in preparing HR reports for management review.
• Provide general HR support and guidance to employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Provide support in the administration of payroll and employee benefits, such as processing leave requests and medical insurance

Conduct orientation and prepare onboarding documentations including employment agreement and company letters

Assist with preparing related HR report for management review

Provide general HR support and guidance to employee in a timely and professional manner

Any other tasks as assigned by the manager
