Job summary

Shangri-La Group seeks a Director, Talent Management & Acquisition in Hong Kong to lead HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and staff engagement. You will oversee employee data integrity, reporting, and special projects while collaborating with management to drive people strategies.

The role requires strong English and Chinese, stakeholder management, and a proactive, team oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, HR management, psychology or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and staff engagement.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee databases and filing records.
• Assist in preparing regular HR reports.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
