Job summary

MM HK Retail Limited is seeking an HR Officer to manage payroll, taxation, MPF administration and benefits, while maintaining accurate HR data in HRIS for reporting to management.

The role supports annual HR cycles, including budgeting, appraisals, salary reviews, and market benchmarking, and assists with daily HR operations and internal communications. Knowledge of HK labour laws is essential, with exposure to Macau a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources related disciplines.
• 2+ years of payroll handling experience with HRIS exposure is a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude, willingness to contribute in a team environment.
• Able to work in fast paced environment, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well versed in the Labour Ordinance of Hong Kong; knowledge of Macau or other markets is an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for C&B administration including payroll, taxation, MPF administration, benefits, report and data analysis for management review.
• Maintain staff personal data, leave and attendance records in HRIS.
• Partner with HR Manager on annual HR cycles such as budgeting, annual appraisal, benefits renewal, salary review, market benchmarking.
• Support daily HR operations including documentation, database maintenance and internal communications.
• Coordinate HR policies across different markets with various stakeholders.
• Assist in HR activities, events and campaigns; handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsible for C&B administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, benefits, report and data analysis for management review

Maintain Staff personal data, leave record and attendance records in HRIS

Partner with the HR Manager on annual HR cycles, e.g. budgeting, annual appraisal, benefits renewal, salary reviewexercise, market benchmarking etc.

Support the daily HR operations including HR documentation preparation, HR database maintenance and handling internal communications

Act as a coordinator for different HR policies amongdifferent markets

Work with different parties to coordinate for HR activities, events and campaigns

Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder or above, preferablyin Human Resources related disciplines

2 years or above of working experience in payroll handling, with HRIS exposure is a plus

Positive, proactive attitude, willingness to contribute in a team environment

Able to work in fast paced environment, sensitive with figures with good interpersonal and communication skills

Well versed in labour ordinance of Hong Kong, with knowledge in Macau or other markets is an advantage

Excellent command of both spoken and writtenEnglish and Chinese
