Job summary

Citistore- is seeking a proactive junior HR Generalist to join our Hong Kong team in Tsuen Wan. You will provide end-to-end frontline recruitment support, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and assist with payroll and leave management as part of daily C&B operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of HR experience in retail is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese/English communication is required to thrive in a busy HR environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year or above of HR experience in a sizable retail organization is preferred.
• Proactive and detail-minded.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances
• Good comment of written and spoken English and Chinese
