Job summary

Guangdong Finance Investment International Co., Limited is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the finance manager in daily financial accounting tasks and the preparation of financial statements in line with local and government requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields and at least three years of local accounting experience in Hong Kong. Candidates should understand HK workflows, coordinate across departments, and handle pressure with composure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
• At least three years of local accounting experience in Hong Kong requiring familiarity with both Hong Kong and Mainland China accounting standards.
• Good understanding of Hong Kong working culture and the characteristics of different organisations.
• Calm disposition with good communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and submitting them to the relevant departments in accordance with company and government requirements.
• Assist in collecting, organising and maintaining financial documents and records.
• Assist with daily accounting operations, including reviewing and posting administrative expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Support fund allocation, including improving returns on idle funds and aligning funding with project requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the company.
