Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned relationship manager to cultivate SME clients, especially science and technology enterprises, and to manage lending and deposits. You will conduct financial analysis and credit assessments, and work with multiple teams to ensure risk controls and client satisfaction.

The role requires fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua), plus strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or related majors.
• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, capable of handling lending and deposit portfolios independently.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua) with strong analytical skills.
• Priority for fintech background candidates.
• Type 1 or Type 4 securities license preferred; others may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing and other related majors are preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, capable of handling lending and deposit portfolio independently
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
• Priority will be given to candidates with financial technology background
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good logical thinking ability
• Priority will be given to those with Type 1 and Type 4 licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• For candidates possessing exceptional professional working experience, certain standards and qualifications may be relaxed, and competitive compensation packages may be available. Those with substantial relevant experience may also be considered for roles such as Senior Relationship Manager or Team Head.
