Job summary

English Schools Foundation (ESF) is seeking a HR Officer at Discovery College to join the Finance & HR team in Hong Kong. You will maintain HR data, generate reports for school management, and act as the primary Workday contact across ESF schools.

You will handle payroll inputs for school staff and assist with recruitment, interviews, visa applications, and contract renewals, while ensuring compliance with HK ordinances and ESF policies.

Qualifications

• BA or Diploma in Business Administration or HR.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience with payroll and visa administration in HK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data including recruitment, leave and payroll records.
• Generate management reports for school leadership.
• Serve as primary Workday contact for schools.
• Handle travel insurance, visa and contract processes.
• Support recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Prepare school payroll inputs for casual staff.
• Coordinate data uploads with staff and leadership.
