Job summary

OnTheList is seeking a Human Resources Intern for a 6-month period in Hong Kong. You will support end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and assist with HR projects across markets.

This internship offers exposure to salary benchmarking, payroll data gathering, and employee events in a fast-paced luxury/retail environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR, have internship or basic recruitment exposure, and are fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Prior recruitment experience or internship exposure, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail.
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Able to quickly adapt to new environments and changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: drafting and posting job ads, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support salary benchmarking surveys and collecting frontline payroll data.
• Coordinate group-level staff engagement activities across markets.
• Maintain HR databases and assist with employment contracts, NDAs and compliance documentation.
