Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club, a world-class racing club, is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to oversee access to People data across HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors in Hong Kong and the PRC. You will support the data pipeline architecture and data flow for cross-functional teams, while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

You will collaborate with data analysts, software developers, and DBAs to deliver timely insights, become a subject matter expert on SF data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, statistics, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing, managing, and optimising data pipelines and integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and data transformation techniques.
• Knowledge of HR technologies/systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience with data visualisation and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, extract, and provide access to People data across HR systems, including SuccessFactors in HK/PRC.
• Support optimisation of data pipeline architecture and data flow for cross-functional teams.
• Assist data analysts, developers, and DBAs on data initiatives to ensure optimal data delivery.
• Maintain and enhance data management processes for data accuracy and integrity.
• Streamline data extraction and reporting by optimising ETL with SQL, APIs, and big data tech.
