Micro Connect (H.K.) Investments Limited is seeking a motivated HR AI Agent Intern to join our HR team in Hong Kong. You will build and ship HR AI agents that automate high‑volume workflows and prototype internal copilots.

You will work with stakeholders across teams to drive adoption through AI design, LLM-powered workflows, and data-driven insights, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and adding real value to our HR agent portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or master in CS/AI or related field.
• Hands-on experience building HR AI Agents preferred.
• Familiar with multiple Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess HR workflows end-to-end and design HR AI agents.
• Create reusable agent skills and orchestrate LLMs.
• Train HR staff to adopt agents through training and documentation.
• Track agent usage, performance, and ensure privacy/compliance.
• Collaborate on ad hoc and strategic AI initiatives with HR team.
