Job summary

CYCMOTOR is expanding its HR & Admin team in Hong Kong to support the group's international growth. The role covers the employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, contracts, MPF, and offboarding—and requires meticulous records management and policy compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate HR events, training, and development activities, respond to inquiries, and assist with government funding applications, while managing office administration, travel, visas, and HR/OA systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in HR & Admin or similar role.
• Familiar with HR practices and employment regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/OA systems.
• Organized, discreet, with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, contracts, MPF, and offboarding

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and admin documentation systems

Coordinate HR events, training, and development activities

Respond to employee inquiries and advise on HR policies and procedures

Apply for government funding and subsidies

Handle office administration, including office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance

Arrange business travel, accommodation, and work/trip visas

Support implementation of HR/OA systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above

3+ years of experience in an HR & Admin or similar role

Familiar with HR practices and employment regulations

Proficient in MS Office and HR/OA systems

Organized, discreet, with strong communication skills

Strong responsibility, self-motivated and works independently

Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
