Job summary

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room cleanliness and public areas. You will verify room status, run reports, and support daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality Management (or above), at least 2 years in a supervisory housekeeping position, and strong English/Chinese communication. PM shifts with weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory housekeeping role.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capable of administrative tasks and MS Office proficiency.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Hard-working, responsible and proactive.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality after cleaning.
• Run sold room reports, verify status, and update room assignments.
• Support Housekeeping management with daily operations.
• Work PM shift from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. including weekends.
