Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Human Resources or Hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese are essential for this role.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the People Brand by recruiting and selecting the best candidates at the right time within the budget.
• Lead the recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talents.
• Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activities.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, and procedures are aligned with hotel standards.
