Job summary

The Arca is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Supervisor - Maintenance Services in Hong Kong to oversee housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure clean and well-set hotel environments. You will train on equipment use, manage workloads, and coordinate with guests and other departments for smooth service delivery.

Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience and knowledge of cleansing chemicals are required, with fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in housekeeping operations.
• Working knowledge of cleansing chemicals.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Supervise to ensure the hotel standard of cleanliness and set-up are achieved.
• Assist in training of proper use of equipment and control room supplies.
• Interact with guests and ensure a smooth flow of communication with other departments.
• Arrange duties roster and distribution of workload.
• Check and control stock levels of housekeeping materials.
• Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan's parent company.
• Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of housekeeping service.
• Perform any duties as assigned when necessary.
