Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run efficient operation of hotel area.
• Ensure hotel areas are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard and procedures.
• Supervise and control the work performance of all the room attendant and cleaner.
• Handle guest requests and complaints, report to superior for the follow up action.
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned.
