Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a capable Finance Officer in Hong Kong to own the day-to-day finance function for the HK office. You will manage settlement processes, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

You will liaise with global teams, ensure compliance with HK tax and regulatory requirements, and support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. Fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or settlement roles.
• Hands-on experience with settlement processes and revenue-share/partner payout calculations.

Responsibilities

• Settlement & channel calculations; trade settlements, client/partner payouts, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank payments and basic cash management for HK office.
• Support month-end close, budgeting and forecasting; liaise with banks and external providers.
