Job summary

Royal Pacific Hotel, part of Sino Hotels, is seeking an engineering professional in Hong Kong. The role assists the Chief Engineer in maintaining and upgrading hotel facilities, focusing on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and MVAC systems to ensure continuous, safe operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Engineering and an Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B), with at least five years in hotel engineering. A busy, shift-based environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and MVAC systems is required.
• Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Engineer for the integrity of the hotel facilities, including operation, repair, maintenance and installation of mechanical and electrical plant.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly work assignments for repairs and preventative maintenance until completion.
• Support the Engineering Department to run smoothly and efficiently across all departments.
• Ensure safe and timely operation of mechanical and electrical services and provide technical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Carry out operational and administrative duties as assigned.
• Work shift duty as required by hotel management.
