Job summary

Regal Hotels International in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the hotel AR function and ensure accurate billing and timely collection. The role requires at least 2 years of hotel accounting experience and proficiency in MS Excel.

You will follow up overdue accounts, handle credit card disputes, assist with month-end reporting, and perform other duties as required. Immediate availability is preferred and the company offers exposure to a diversified hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience from Hotel Industry is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hotel Accounts Receivable section
• Ensure proper billing procedures are carried out and follow up overdue accounts
• Handle credit card dispute and refund
• Assist in preparing financial reports and month end closing
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Education

LCCI Level 3/Diploma or above in Accounting, Hospitality or related discipline
