Job summary

Shangri-La Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales activities and liaise with internal and external stakeholders across our Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong operations.

You will handle inquiries, assist with sales and marketing activities, and prepare sales reports. Strong English, Cantonese, and Putonghua skills plus a hospitality background are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management or other related disciplines.
• Experience in administrative or sales background.
• Experience in Delphi or other PMS systems.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle incoming inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate any feedback or messages from customers promptly.
• Assist with all in-house sales and marketing related activities and promotional activities.
• Produce required reports of completed sales activities, including the details of face-to-face and any other related client interactions.
• Update and maintain relevant data and sales contact lists, reports and account information.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
