Little bao in Hong Kong invites energetic individuals to join as Front-of-House team members in an intimate 18-seater venue. You will work closely with Asia’s top chef, mastering high-end hospitality, wine, and beverage service in a fast-paced setting.

Comprehensive training is provided with no prior experience required. You will learn the menu, guide guests through wine and food pairings, and participate in bartending training to uphold top-tier presentation.

Qualifications

• Learn the intricate details of the menu directly from top culinary leaders and guide guests through the extensive wine and food offerings
• Undergo professional bartending training to craft beverages, pour wines, and maintain high standards of drink presentation
• Learn the art of upselling, guest relationship management, and day-to-day front-of-house operations in a boutique venue setting
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects a decade-long reputation for excellence

About you

• Zero experience needed; this is an entry-level role designed for ambitious beginners
