Job summary

HKSH Medical Group Limited is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee housekeeping management in a hospital setting. You will supervise supporting services such as waste management and contractors, while ensuring effective manpower deployment.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills, with experience in a hospital environment. Training responsibilities are also included to uplift frontline staff performance.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above or recognized professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant housekeeping management experience in hotel or hospital settings.
• Proficient in PC software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above, or recognized professional qualification;

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in housekeeping management in hotel or hospital settings;

Possess good knowledge and skills of PC software application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office application;

Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills;

Pleasant, independent and commit to work in the hospital environment;

Hands-on experience in cleaning field will be an added advantage.
