Job summary

Harbour City Estates Limited - Gateway Apartments is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee housekeeping services on guest floors and other public areas in Hong Kong. You will inspect and ensure standards are met, and supervise Room Attendants and General Services Attendants on guest floors.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and fluency in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience, 1–2 years supervisory.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect public areas to ensure standards.
• Supervise room attendants and general services attendants on guest floors.
• Assume full departmental command in absence of Executive Housekeeper.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Floor Supervisor.
