Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Private Banking Associate to manage high-net-worth client relationships and provide tailored investment analysis. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in private banking or PWM, fluent English/Mandarin/Cantonese, and strong risk awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking or private wealth management focusing on PWM.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
High level of customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional quality services.
Strong network in HNW clients with business development experience.
Familiarity with PWM processes and relevant regulations, with a strong sense of risk awareness and compliance.
SFC Licensed type 1 and 4 or HKSI LE Paper 1,7 & 8 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Build tight relationships with HNW clients to complete team AUM and revenue targets.
Work closely with IA and product teams to provide investment portfolio analysis and advice according to needs, desires and risk profile.
Support marketing to build HNW activities based on the team resources.
Be responsible for the HNW client services, including account opening, maintenance, and other related tasks; Manage the credit quality and monitor the margin level.
Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.
