Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Private Banking Associate to manage high-net-worth client relationships and provide tailored investment analysis. The role involves collaborating with IA and product teams, supporting marketing efforts for HNW activities, and handling end-to-end client services including account openings and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in private banking or PWM, fluent English/Mandarin/Cantonese, and strong risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking or private wealth management focusing on PWM.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• High level of customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional quality services.
• Strong network in HNW clients with business development experience.
• Familiarity with PWM processes and relevant regulations, with a strong sense of risk awareness and compliance.
• SFC Licensed type 1 and 4 or HKSI LE Paper 1,7 & 8 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build tight relationships with HNW clients to complete team AUM and revenue targets.
• Work closely with IA and product teams to provide investment portfolio analysis and advice according to needs, desires and risk profile.
• Support marketing to build HNW activities based on the team resources.
• Be responsible for the HNW client services, including account opening, maintenance, and other related tasks; Manage the credit quality and monitor the margin level.
• Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.
