Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Hong Kong is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse, Contract Logistics role based at Fanling. You will oversee a team of storekeepers and ensure smooth warehouse operations, cargo movement and timely customer inquiries.

The candidate should have a Diploma or above with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, fluent Cantonese and good English, and solid MS Office knowledge. Independent and motivated individuals are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Diploma or above with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definitely be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English.
Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Independent, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Monitor a team of storekeepers.
Maintain smooth warehouse operations & handle cargo movement.
Respond to customers' enquiries in a timely manner with effective communication.
Support management to meet operational targets.
Prepare various reports for management review.
Monitor subcontractor performance and develop improvement plans.
Ensure contracted suppliers comply with company quality procedures.
Handle ad-hoc assignments from Management.
Monitor service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse.
Evaluate and review existing procedures & warehouse operations.
