Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a branch-based Customer Service Associate to respond to client inquiries about stock market trends and investment opportunities. You will work with promoters to drive brand awareness and engagement, while handling account service requests and scheduling duties.

The role requires 2+ years in securities/banking/marketing, bilingual English/Chinese, and the ability to work independently, including shifts on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, PR/communications or related
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in securities firms / banking / marketing industry
• Holder of SFC license Type1, 4 is an advantage
• Independent, customer-focused with strong analytical and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Willing to work at the branch and on shift including weekdays, weekends & public holidays
