Job summary

Morningstar Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expanding relationships, and renewals across Greater China.

You will report to the Managing Director of Enterprise Products and work with cross‑functional teams to address client needs. You will represent Morningstar’s suite of investment research, data, analytics and wealth management solutions to financial services firms, banks, asset managers and fintechs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or relationship management in financial services or fintech.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across client accounts.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and client service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and align offerings with client needs.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and CRM records.
• Manage renewals and retention to protect and grow recurring revenue.
