AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior leader to shape patient steering, utilisation management, and site-of-care strategies across our provider network. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to optimise length of stay and migrate appropriate procedures to cost-effective settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience, including network/provider strategy leadership.
• Proven track record in utilisation, steering, and cost management transformation.
• Strong experience in provider engagement and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead active steerage frameworks directing members to preferred providers.
• Lead initiatives to optimise inpatient length of stay and reduce inappropriate utilisation.
• Sponsor identification of site-of-care migrations to lower-cost settings.
• Lead pre-authorisation strategy and enablement across procedures and vendors.
• Partner with Provider/Network Management on future-state networks and steering models.
• Own KPIs for steering effectiveness, utilisation reduction, LOS, and PA adoption.
