Job summary

Royal Park Hotel in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure exemplary cleanliness and upkeep across guest rooms and corridors. You will supervise Floor Attendants, run room status reports, and prioritise cleaning schedules to maintain high standards.

The role requires a Certificate in Hospitality Management or related discipline, at least 5 years in housekeeping with 2 years in supervision, and strong leadership with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' housekeeping experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent English and Chinese communication; strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and floor corridors to ensure spotless, well-maintained standards
• Supervise Floor Attendants on respective floors
• Run room status reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning and update departing room status
• Handle and follow up complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
• Handle and follow up complaints in order to ensure guest satisfaction
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Positive and good interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, responsible and able to work independently
