Hospitality Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Training & Development to lead the group’s training programmes from wine knowledge to dining excellence. You will drive recruitment and lifecycle experiences, guiding teams across the organisation and collaborating with the People & Culture function.

With 5+ years in Training & Development or People & Culture in hospitality, you will excel at leading a team, managing priorities, and delivering impactful programmes that elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Training & Development or People & Culture functions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for restaurants and fostering positive employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, create, and execute training programmes aligned with operational needs with restaurant teams and other departments.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using varied methods and assess productivity through feedback.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle for roles across concepts and back-office positions.
• Represent the company at university career fairs to promote internships and management trainee programs.
• Manage regular check-ins with interns and management trainees, offering development roadmaps.
• Assist Administrative Team with logistics for short-term programmes like training, working holidays, or graduate visas.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to foster a nurturing and motivating environment.
