Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking a seasoned leader to drive operational transformation across the retail banking operations. You will lead a team of 20+ Business Analysts and Project Managers to redesign workflows, migrate systems, and expand nearshoring to the bank's service center.

You will oversee end-to-end process re-engineering across Payments, Trade Finance, Loans, and Account Services, optimize through automation and risk-aware operating models, and partner with senior leadership to deliver

Qualifications

15+ years in banking with deep retail operations experience.
7–10 years leading large-scale process re-engineering or digital transformation programs.
Proven experience managing and developing teams of 15–20 professionals.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across senior leadership, technology, and vendor partners.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Data/AI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process re-engineering across core retail banking functions (Payments, Trade Finance, Loans, Account Services).
Drive automation, STP enhancement, and cost reduction.
Act as the strategic bridge between Retail Banking Front Office and Operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Spearhead the design and rollout of future-state operating models that balance agility with robust risk control.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to leverage data-driven insights for smarter, faster decision-making.
Champion the Operation Hub strategy, scaling offshore capabilities.
Manage transformation budgets and ensure all initiatives meet regulatory and risk standards.
