Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications are an advantage.
• 15+ years in property management or security services with senior operations experience.
• Proven multi-site management with strong client retention and financial results.
• Strong knowledge of property management and private security regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for property management and security operations with P&L ownership.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet targets.
• Build relationships with clients and act as senior contact for key accounts.
• Oversee service delivery quality, site inspections, and continuous improvement.
• Lead risk, safety, and compliance programs.
