Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Manager for Property Management and Logistics to oversee a portfolio of properties. You will drive operations, budgeting, and value through well-maintained facilities and cost controls.

The role requires 7+ years in property management, solid knowledge of M&E, and strong leadership to coordinate contractors and ensure regulatory compliance. A Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years of property management experience and procurement knowledge.
Sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus.
Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and project management, including budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance annually.
Periodically review policies and systems for relevancy and improve processes.
Manage repairs, term-contracts, and minor capital projects.
Oversee security management and contractors at properties.
Liaise with tenants and authorities, coordinate issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as safety ordinances.
Oversee system audits and continuous process improvement.
Handle handover/takeover of premises with tenants.
