Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in property management or security services.
• 4–5 years in a senior operations or general management role.
• Proven multi-site operations management with strong client retention.
• Solid knowledge of property management practices and licensing.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction for property management and security operations.
• Own full P&L for property management and security operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; drive efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts as senior client contact.
• Monitor service levels and conduct client reviews to maximize retention.
• Oversee QA programs, site inspections, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and participate in proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing, and safety requirements.
