Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to lead our end-to-end product design function, overseeing UX/UI designers, researchers, and design strategists to craft delightful, intuitive user journeys aligned with business goals.

You will shape the design language, drive design thinking across the organization, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders, and own the user experience across touchpoints for fintech, crypto and related

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design or UX strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience designing for fintech/crypto/digital payments or e-commerce at scale.
• Strong portfolio showing design strategy, journeys, and end-to-end design.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product design team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery to UI.
• Implement design systems and ensure accessibility.
• Own user journeys and measure UX KPIs.
• Communicate design vision to stakeholders and foster collaboration.
