NEXT Ventures seeks a Product Design Manager to lead the design strategy for FNmarkets’ trading and brokerage products. You’ll guide a cross‑functional team across regions, shaping a fast, intuitive, trader‑obsessed experience from concept to launch.

In this leadership role, you’ll balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements, driving a high‑performing design function that ships world‑class trading experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product design experience with at least 2+ years in a design management or lead role.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in fintech environments.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Setting and driving the product design vision across FNmarkets’ trading and brokerage platforms, from dashboards to execution interfaces.
• Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers; setting expectations and development paths.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across regions to ship fast while maintaining quality.
• Establishing and evolving design systems, processes, and standards for web and mobile.
• Conducting and overseeing user research to inform design decisions that move metrics.
