Coins.ph is seeking a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to guide the end-to-end product design function. You will lead UX/UI designers, researchers, and design strategists, shaping user journeys and design language across Coins.ph products.

You will partner with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences, align with business goals, and drive measurable impact through design thinking and system-led execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design for digital fintech at scale.
• Strong portfolio showing design strategy and end-to-end product design.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, researchers, and design strategists.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Business stakeholders.
